Here's a short guide on how to meditate:

Find a Quiet Space: Choose a peaceful location where you won't be disturbed.

Sit Comfortably: Sit in a comfortable position, either on a chair or on the floor with your back straight.

Close Your Eyes: Close your eyes gently to help reduce distractions.

Focus on Your Breath: Take slow, deep breaths and focus your attention on the sensation of breathing.

Be Present: Notice any thoughts, feelings, or sensations that arise, but try not to get caught up in them. Simply acknowledge them and let them pass.

Return to Your Breath: If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Practice Regularly: Aim to meditate for a few minutes every day to experience the benefits of meditation.

End Gradually: When you're ready to finish, slowly open your eyes and take a few moments to reorient yourself before resuming your day.
