To honor Ramadan with fasting, prayer, and reflection:

Fasting (Sawm): Abstain from food, drink, smoking, and sinful behavior from dawn to sunset. Eat Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and break fast at Iftar (evening meal).

Prayer (Salat): Perform the five daily prayers (Salat) and attend Taraweeh prayers (extra prayers at night).

Reflection (Tafakkur): Read the Quran daily, engage in Dhikr (remembrance of Allah), and reflect on personal behavior and spiritual growth.

Charity (Zakat): Give to those in need through Zakat (obligatory charity) and Sadaqah (voluntary charity).

Community (Ummah): Attend communal Iftar meals, participate in mosque activities, and strengthen bonds with family and friends.

Health and Wellness: Maintain a balanced diet during Suhoor and Iftar, stay hydrated, and get enough rest.

Intentions (Niyyah): Renew intentions daily for fasting and worship to gain spiritual rewards.
